Job Summary:
Seeking experienced OR Registered Nurses for a seasonal travel assignment at a busy hospital. This 13-week position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment with a supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality perioperative patient care throughout all phases of surgery.
• Assist in circulating and scrubbing during a variety of procedures including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine surgeries.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure adherence to unit policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately within the EMR system.
• Respond to on-call requirements and support the team during weekend and weekday shifts.

Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license with at least 2 years of recent hospital OR experience.
• Minimum of 1-year hospital acute care experience in a surgical setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; circulating and scrubbing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with patient-focused care.
