Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will work primarily night shifts, performing clinical duties and supporting patient recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, including vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and maintain updated medical records.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-discharge instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN licenses with current registration and certification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Possess AHA BLS and NIH Certifications; AHA ACLS preferred.
• Be able to work night shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7PM to 7AM.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple patients simultaneously.
