Job Summary:
Provide specialized neonatal care in a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, supporting critically ill newborns in a fast-paced hospital environment. Deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize neonatal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neonates' clinical status, ensuring prompt response to changes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures following established protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately in Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech EMR systems.
• Educate and support families through bedside care and updates on their infant's condition.
• Maintain compliance with NICU standards of care, policies, and evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year of NICU Level IV experience.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Proven ability to perform advanced procedures including intubation, central line placement, and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal care, including ventilator management and IV therapy.
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional resilience.
• Experience with Neonatal Notes Manager and Meditech EMR preferred.
