Job Summary:
Provides high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and protocols. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health conditions and implement care plans based on physician orders and established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care procedures.
• Ensure adherence to infection control policies, including compliance with vaccination requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive resident care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF environments preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and documentation procedures.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Successful completion of mandatory COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption.
