Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The position requires adaptability, quick decision-making, and proficiency in EPIC EMR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC EMR within established timeframes.
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond promptly to changes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year recent ER experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system required.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, and TNCC certifications.
• Ability to float to different units as needed and perform related tasks competently.
• Must have excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
