Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse with specialized skills in Emergency Room settings to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The role involves floating to various units as needed and ensuring compliance with all clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency medical care to trauma and urgent patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond swiftly to emergent situations and utilize advanced airway and medication management.
• Comply with all regulatory certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, and TNCC.
• Maintain professionalism and competency through pre-assignment modules and annual training requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of recent ER nursing experience with EPIC EMR.
• Hold valid ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPI/MAB, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of emergency treatment protocols and procedures.
• Be willing to float to various units and campuses as needed.
• Reside more than 100 miles from Prisma Health facilities, with exceptions per travel policies.
• Send Social Security Number at submittal for compliance purposes.
