Job Summary:

Provide compassionate direct patient care in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support the healthcare team by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Support infection control protocols, including COVID-19 safety measures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in compliance with facility standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification in the state of practice.
• Prior experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow established safety and health procedures.
• Capable of standing, walking, and assisting with physical mobility.
• Successful completion of required background checks and health screenings.
