Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care within a Medical Surgical/Tele unit. The RN will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality nursing services and ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Admit, assess, and develop individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies.
• Educate patients and family members on health management and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NY State Registered Nurse license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent RN experience in a hospital setting.
• Have current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Demonstrate proficiency in EPIC or similar electronic charting systems.
• Ability to float to sister units as needed and work a 4x12-hour day shift.
