Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to ensure the health and safety of our most vulnerable patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced neonatal nursing care, including IV therapy, medication management, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac and respiratory rhythms, managing dysrhythmias and ventilator settings.
• Perform procedures such as line placements, nasogastric tube management, and Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome care.
• Document patient progress accurately utilizing EPIC EMR system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float to PICU, Peds, and NBN units as required, providing appropriate patient coverage based on skill level.

Qualifications:

• Current NJ or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in NICU Level III and PICU settings.
• Certifications in BLS, NRP, and PALS required.
• Demonstrated expertise in neonatal IV therapy, line care, and respiratory management.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including every other weekend and holiday shifts.
• Strong documentation skills with proficiency in EPIC.
