Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN for NICU Float Pool coverage, providing specialized neonatal care across multiple units. The role involves floating to PICU, Peds, and NBN, delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns and infants in the NICU.
• Float to PICU, Peds, and NBN units, adjusting to different patient needs and acuity levels.
• Administer medications, including vasopressors and surfactants, and manage A-line and central line care.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, manage ventilators, and handle GI and neuro-specific procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC, ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required at the time of application.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of NICU Level III and PICU clinical experience.
• Certification in BLS, NRP, and PALS required.
• Skilled in IV therapy, line management, and ventilator support.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage complex medications.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends as required.
