Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory care and diagnostic services to patients across all age groups, ensuring effective treatment based on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory condition and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including ventilator management and oxygen delivery.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Support neonates and pediatric patients with specialized respiratory interventions.

Qualifications:

• Hold current registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC-RRT).
• Possess a valid Oregon Respiratory Care License.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Have at least two years of clinical experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Obtain ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
