Job Summary:
Seek an experienced RN specialized in Medical-Surgical nursing for a rural hospital setting. The candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, ensuring quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess clinical conditions regularly.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Possess at least 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• Maintain current ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, confidence, and communication skills.
• Be flexible and adaptable to shift work, including nights.
