Job Summary:


Seeking an experienced RN in Medical/Surgical to provide high-quality acute care in a beautiful setting. This role involves direct patient care, care coordination, and patient education, supporting patient recovery and well-being.



Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' health status through comprehensive data collection and evaluation.
  
• Administer treatments, therapies, and interventions aligned with evidence-based practices.
  
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
  
• Document all assessments, procedures, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans based on patient needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and safety standards, including current BLS, ACLS, and PALS as applicable.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
  
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
  
• At least one year of medical-surgical nursing experience.
  
• Maintain current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.
  
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
