Job Summary:

Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide skilled communication and swallowing therapy. The professional will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and related disorders to improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' communication abilities and identify speech, language, or swallowing issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapies to facilitate patient progress.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about strategies to enhance communication skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or credential as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Demonstrate experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
