Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN for a fast-paced Level 2 Trauma Center. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a busy ER environment with high acuity cases and a high patient volume.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions rapidly and accurately.
• Administer emergency treatments and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly and efficiently in EPIC EHR system.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including mandatory vaccines and certifications.
• Float between units as required, adhering to hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH certifications (or acceptable pending without restrictions).
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in emergency or critical care settings.
• Active EPIC certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work night shifts from 19:00 to 07:00 on a 3x12 schedule.
• Must meet Tier 1 travel compliance requirements.
• Willingness to work some holidays and weekends as needed.
