Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality patient care while managing a high-volume, high-acuity patient load in a Level 2 Trauma Center.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions to determine priority and care needs.
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and interventions according to protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient interactions, treatments, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Float between units as needed, maintaining flexibility and adherence to policies.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety standards, including vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in emergency or trauma nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications; NIH certification okay to sub with pending status.
• Ability to work 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system.
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends; willingness to float as needed.
