Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to provide specialized perioperative care during orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries. The ideal candidate will work independently, demonstrating strong circulating and scrub skills, particularly in complex cases requiring vascular and robotic procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and sterile equipment for surgical procedures.
• Circulate and scrub during orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Assist surgeons with instrumentation and supplies, particularly in robotic and complex cases.
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and respond promptly to intraoperative needs.
• Maintain sterile environment and support team coordination to ensure smooth operations.
• Document intraoperative activities accurately and complete relevant surgical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with 4–5 years of OR experience, including independent circulating skills.
• Proven ability to scrub in orthopedic, spine, neuro, and vascular surgeries.
• Experience with DiVinci robotic systems is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, patient safety protocols, and surgical instrumentation.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, with mandatory on-call.
• Ability to work within a 30-mile radius and adapt to floating assignments as needed.
