Job Summary:

Experienced OR RN responsible for circulating and assisting in complex surgeries including orthopedic, spine, and neuro procedures. Must be capable of working independently with a focus on patient safety and surgical support.

Responsibilities:

• Perform circulating duties independently during orthopedic, spine, and neuro surgeries.
• Assist surgeons as a scrub nurse, especially in neuro, spine, orthopedic, and vascular procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms, ensure sterility, and set up surgical instruments and equipment.
• Handle DiVinci robotic cases and provide support for advanced surgical technology.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to maintain workflow efficiency and patient safety.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of one weekend per month.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with 4-5 years of OR experience, including circulating skills.
• Demonstrate proficiency in neuro, spine, orthopedic, and vascular surgeries.
• Preferably have scrubbing experience, particularly in complex cases.
• Be comfortable working with DiVinci robotic systems.
• Capable of working variable shifts and handling on-call responsibilities.
• Must be able to provide proof of vaccination or exemption as appropriate.
