Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a Labor and Delivery unit. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring positive patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient assessments and monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on labor progress, interventions, and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes in Cerner EMR.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and certification requirements.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in delivery procedures as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with current state licensure.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NRP.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in obstetrics and neonatal care.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Show excellent communication and teamwork skills.
