Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in the Labor and Delivery unit, providing compassionate care to patients during one of their most critical moments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in obstetric and neonatal care, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support and educate patients and families before, during, and after delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all clinical assessments and procedures.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with current state accreditation.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or related obstetric setting.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work flexible night shifts including weekends and holidays.
