Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest quality of resident care and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess residents' health status and needs through thorough evaluation.
• Develop, update, and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document all nursing interventions and residents' responses accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety regulations, and licensing standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license.
• Possess at least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
