Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care in a Medical Surgical/Tele role. The ideal candidate will be proficient in patient assessment, medication administration, and care coordination, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough patient assessments upon admission and monitor ongoing condition trends.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications, including IV therapy, and manage wound care or specialized equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on post-surgery care, medication schedules, and discharge instructions.
• Recognize early signs of patient deterioration and execute swift interventions to stabilize patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of MS and Telemetry experience required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Valid Michigan RN license.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
