Job Summary:
Provides direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities, supporting overall health and well-being. Ensures compassionate, safe, and efficient assistance under the supervision of nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Administer personal and clinical care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, maintaining resident safety.
• Document care provided and report pertinent information to nursing staff.
• Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in relevant state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
• Must bring a valid form of state or federal ID and wear a photo badge on duty.
• Complete COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved exemption required.
