Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care on a 38-bed unit with remote telemetry. The nurse will manage a diverse patient population from adolescents to geriatrics in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in accordance with physician directives.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient information and progress efficiently using Epic and other assigned systems.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies, maintaining safety and comfort.
• Support unit operations and float within scope as needed to ensure optimal patient flow.

Qualifications:

• Active GA or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00–07:00).
• Strong clinical skills in telemetry, medication administration, and patient assessment.
• Demonstrated compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
