Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit. The nurse will provide quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and clinical status, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions in compliance with policies.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown unit.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
