Job Summary:
Seeking experienced RN - NICU travelers to provide specialized patient care in a dynamic neonatal intensive care unit. This role requires a dedicated professional to deliver high-quality nursing services during a 13-week assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive neonatal nursing care to critically ill newborns and premature infants.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate families on infant care, treatment procedures, and ongoing health management.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license with a minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal critical care and life support technologies.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
