Job Summary:
Seeking a Neuro Nursing Expert to provide specialized care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, managing neurological cases, and supporting various shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor neurological patients, ensuring continuous and accurate evaluation of their condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Document patient progress and clinical activities thoroughly in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical nursing interventions.
• Support hospital staff with float assignments across different units as needed.

Qualifications:

• Nurse licensure with at least 1 year of recent experience in an ICU, Neuro, or related specialty.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system and clinical documentation standards.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must possess excellent teamwork and adaptability to diverse clinical scenarios.
• CPR/BLS certification; additional neuro-specific certifications preferred.
