Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout therapy sessions.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and professional guidelines during patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evaluating and treating diverse musculoskeletal conditions.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings is preferred.
• Ability to bring valid ID and wear photo identification during shifts.
