Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients, promoting recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and establish individualized treatment goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans tailored to patient needs.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Document treatment outcomes and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal therapy techniques.
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Have experience working in a therapy or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Be able to maintain professional appearance, including wearing a photo badge at all times.
