Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for IMC/PCU/Stepdown units to deliver specialized patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be proficient in critical care monitoring and management to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor adult patients' condition, utilizing telemetry and cardiac monitoring.
• Administer and titrate medications, including vasoactive and cardiac drips, following physician directives.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies, interpreting dysrhythmias and managing emergent situations.
• Document patient care accurately within the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate seamless patient care transitions.
• Float to other units based on qualification and agency needs, ensuring competency compliance.

Qualifications:

• Valid SC or multistate RN license required; active license must be maintained.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU or IICU experience, with acuity of at least 1:3.
• At least 1 completed travel assignment preferred, with at least 1 year of acute care experience.
• Proficient in cardiac telemetry, emergency response, and medication management.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• EPIC EMR experience with at least 1-year prior usage necessary.
