Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the ICU setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through expert clinical practice. This role requires closely monitoring critically ill patients and delivering timely interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and life-support measures as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate patient status.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and update medical records accurately.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide post-procedure care.

Qualifications:

• Require 2+ years of recent ICU experience in a similar setting.
• Hold an active AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Possess or be willing to obtain CCRN and NIHSS credentials.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Capable of performing well in variable night shifts.
• Must be able to work holidays, including two major holidays and one minor holiday.
