Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to patients, assessing and treating related conditions to improve breathing and overall respiratory health.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' respiratory conditions through clinical assessments and diagnostics.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies accurately.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as needed.
• Document patient care activities and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or credential as a Respiratory Therapist required.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in respiratory care techniques.
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
• Show excellent communication and patient interaction abilities.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
