Job Summary:
Provide specialized respiratory therapy services to patients in a clinical setting. Administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal respiratory care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen, ventilator management, and aerosol treatments.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Educate patients and staff on respiratory care procedures and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
• Current BLS certification; RRT credential required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform assessments and implement treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
