Job Summary:
The LVN / LPN will provide comprehensive outpatient nursing care within an ambulatory clinic setting. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient services and managing routine clinical tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Administer phlebotomy procedures to collect specimens accurately.
• Perform EKGs to assist in cardiac assessments.
• Deliver compassionate patient care while following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and clinical procedures.
• Assist with patient education and pre-visit preparations.
• Adhere to infection control standards and maintain a clean clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS LVN / LPN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Proven experience with phlebotomy techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing EKG procedures.
• Strong communication and patient-focused skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
