Job Summary:
Provide skilled nursing support in an outpatient clinical setting, focusing on patient care and testing procedures. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and maintain a high standard of patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Administer vaccines and injections following established guidelines.
• Conduct EKGs and monitor patient cardiac activity.
• Collect patient history and vital signs to support internal medicine assessments.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active NYS Nursing License.
• Possess BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience with phlebotomy and vaccine administration.
• Have prior experience in internal medicine and outpatient care.
• Be proficient in EKG procedures and patient assessment.
