Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for local contract work in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The position involves providing patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient care efficiently and accurately in medical records.
• Assist with patient assessments and wound care as needed.
• Follow facility protocols for infection control and safety.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN or LPN license and certification.
• Proven experience in long-term care or SNF environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass any required background checks and health screenings.
