Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. The ideal candidate will support clinical staff and assist residents with daily activities to promote well-being and comfort.



Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  
• Support nursing staff with basic patient care tasks and vital sign monitoring.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  
• Document resident care accurately and communicate any concerns to the healthcare team.
  
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations at all times.
  
• Demonstrate compassion and professionalism in all resident interactions.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Valid CNA license and current certification in the state.
  
• Proven experience working in a LTC/SNF environment preferred.
  
• Ability to demonstrate reliable and compassionate patient care skills.
  
• Must bring a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times.
  
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
