Job Summary:

Provide high-quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. Responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring compliance with facility standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Perform patient assessments and document clinical findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Float within hospital departments or to nearby facilities as required.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, infection control, and regulatory policies.
• Maintain meticulous documentation using PointClick Care and Cerner EMR systems.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in New Mexico or compact state registration required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in LTC or skilled nursing settings.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong charting skills and experience with Cerner EMR.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including day or night shifts.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
