Job Summary:
Provide quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. Support the healthcare team by assisting residents with daily activities and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record residents' vital signs and overall condition.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Ensure proper documentation of care provided in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification or license.
• Successful completion of state-mandated training and competency evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and safety guidelines.
• Must comply with facility COVID-19 vaccination or exemption requirements.
