Job Summary:
Assist in delivering outpatient rehabilitation services to patients by implementing treatment plans under the supervision of licensed therapists. Provide support in patient care activities to promote recovery and functional improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to execute individualized therapy plans.
• Assist with patient assessments and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and session details.
• Ensure clinical environment remains sanitized and organized to meet safety standards.
• Support patients during therapy sessions to promote engagement and compliance.
• Float to med-surg units on occasion, providing assistance across departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (CPTA) license or credential.
• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or outpatient therapy preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Willingness to wear red scrubs, with optional khaki pants and a red polo.
