Job Summary:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring optimal health outcomes. This role involves managing acute care patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes in condition.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Comply with hospital policies, safety standards, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
• Obtain and maintain AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Possess NIHSS certification.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be available to work variable shifts, including nights, for 13-week assignments.
• Willing to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday as required.
