Job Summary:
Provide skilled support to physical therapists in delivering outpatient rehabilitation services. Assist in implementing treatment plans and ensuring patient progress through therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support physical therapists in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the physical therapist.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe and effective environment.
• Document patient progress and communicate any concerns or changes to the supervising therapist.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols relevant to outpatient therapy settings.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment to promote optimal patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Demonstrate experience working in outpatient therapy or similar clinical settings.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be comfortable assisting with a variety of therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with availability for occasional weekends.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
