Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care support during a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will collaborate with the rapid response team to deliver high-quality patient care across the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU, including post-resuscitation, trauma, and stroke cases.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions.
• Document patient care accurately in the Cerner electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, including mandatory certifications and dress code.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with a minimum of 2+ years of ICU experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing cardiac arrest, TTM, trauma, stroke, and STEMI workups.
• Possess current ACLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in medical ICU and ED background preferred.
