Job Summary:
Provide high-quality critical care nursing services in the ICU for adult patients. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being through competent clinical skills and compassionate care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ condition and respond to acute changes with prompt intervention.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor vital signs in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in critical care procedures and equipment.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be able to work 13-week travel assignments with flexible shifts.
