Job Summary:


The Physical Therapist provides patient-centered rehabilitative care to improve mobility and function. They assess, develop, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs, promoting recovery and independence.



Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  
• Develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
  
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to aid recovery.
  
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and injury prevention strategies.
  
• Record detailed clinical documentation to monitor patient progress and outcomes.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
  
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
  
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Bring previous clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
  
• Maintain CPR certification as required by state regulations.
  
• Be able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
