Job Summary:
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, focusing on orthopedic and neuro conditions. Ensure clinical excellence while adhering to facility policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical findings and treatment sessions accurately in the EMR system.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California PT license.
• Possess current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrate experience in orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation (preferred).
• Have at least a year of outpatient PT experience, including orthopedic and neuro cases.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts, including some weekends, with flexibility.
• Comfortable working in a business casual dress environment and attending a one-day orientation.
