Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in the Medical Surgical unit. This position requires clinical expertise and the ability to adapt to varying schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer patient care according to established medical protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes in status.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekday evenings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
