Job Summary:
The Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer is responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. The role involves operating ultrasound equipment and capturing high-quality images for physician review.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialized ultrasound procedures to evaluate patient conditions.
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and optimize imaging settings for clarity.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging data.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to interpret imaging results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Certified in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent credential.
• Proven experience performing ultrasound exams in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and medical imaging principles.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
