Job Summary:
Provide clinical support in a medical office setting by assisting physicians and ensuring smooth patient flow. Perform vital signs collection, room patients, and handle administrative tasks related to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and room patients, ensuring their comfort and readiness for examination.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist physicians with clinical procedures and exams.
• Manage patient phone calls, including appointment scheduling and prescription refills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
• Document clinical notes and patient information accurately into the system.

Qualifications:

• Current Medical Assistant certification or diploma is required.
• Demonstrate proficiency in patient rooming and vital signs collection.
• Possess excellent communication skills for patient interactions.
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative and clinical duties.
• Prior experience in outpatient or medical office settings preferred.
• Knowledge of medical software and electronic health records is a plus.
