Job Summary:
Seeking a CVOR technician with specialized experience in cardiovascular operating room procedures. The candidate will support vascular and endovascular surgeries, ensuring procedural efficiency and patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the CVOR for surgical procedures by setting up and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons during vascular and endovascular surgeries, including EVAR and hybrid cases.
• Operate and troubleshoot specialized vascular equipment, such as CSI and Penumbra systems.
• Monitor patient status and surgical field, maintaining aseptic techniques throughout procedures.
• Document surgical events accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements during all tasks.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the CVOR or vascular surgery setting.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) with relevant clinical skills in vascular surgery.
• Demonstrate experience with hybrid OR setups and endovascular procedures, including EVAR.
• Have proficiency with Epic or similar electronic health records and Pyxis medication systems.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork abilities.
